1983: Tolboom Valve Supply founded by Mr.Tolboom – valves trading
1987: Tolboom Valve Supply, Mr.Tolboom created Control Seal name – valves design
1989: Production of Waukesha gas engines Dresser acquisition of Appingedam factory
1997: Tolboom Valve Supply/Control Seal acquired by Entech Industries USA
2001: Entech Acquired by Dresser, USA, consolidation production engines and valves
2005: Dresser Waukesha closed, taken over by Cameron, assembly of Waukesha Engines and Control Seal branded Valves finished in Appingedam.
2006: Dresser Waukesha/Brons Motoren factory acquired by private investor and founder of Control Seal B.V. J.Dana, valves production
2013: Control Seal Group in UAE to serve local GCC market supports - ICV and IKTVA local government requirements
2019: Control Seal Pvt LTD, India local manufacturing and supports “Make it in India” local government requirement
2023: Control Seal BV Appingedam, The Netherlands company closed, original business continues in India and UAE
2006 – until NOW: Control Seal Group continues traditions of special valves supply with the original founder J.Dana, with original brands and intellectual property ownership.
