Control Seal has a UNIQUE DESIGN OF ITS PRODUCTS, SHORT LEAD TIME, COMPETITIVE PRICING AND EXCELLENT AFTER-SALES SUPPORT.

Control Seal Axial Check Valves have optimized disc design, ultra low pressure drop, Non slam short stroke.

Selection of the MODEL is performed based on size and system conditions.

ANC I Axial non slam check valve - SINGLE SEAL DISC

Available in sizes 1'' to 10'', the Control Seal style ST-6 is a solid disc and shaft type. The axial design allows for a streamlined flow path around the Trim and diffuser providing high pressure recovery, Thereby minimizing pressure drop across the valve. A short stroke length provides the quick response required by a non-slam check valve.

ANC II Axial non slam check valve - DUAL RING SEAL DISC

The concentrically radially guided with multi-spring design, The dual seal ST-6 II type valve, supplied in sizes 12'' and above, ensures that the disc remains light and responsive even in large size. Disc mounted on a multiple helical spring in radial guide assembly, the disc moves freely with ultra-low friction bearing.

ACV open

1.Open position

Reduced pressure, generated by increased velocity in the minimal flow area, results in additional force to assist the disc to open and allows for extra spring loading that facilitates a faster closing time. This spring force is balanced in the fully open position.
The ANC geometry is established by considering the design velocity required to ensure that the disc is stabilized open against its stop even if moderate flow occurs.

ACV closed

2. Closed position

When a noticeable reduction in flow occurs, the disc reacts immediately, limiting backflow and valve slamming. The spring load, low mass disc, and short displacement ensures a rapid self-dampening response. For certain applications, the internal geometry can be modified to suit the service conditions.
